Example 1:- Apple Cider Vinegar Slaw
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, olive oil, honey, Dijon Mustard, salt, black pepper and garlic powder.
  • Add the shredded cabbage, red onion, red bell pepper and parsley to the bowl and toss to combine.
  • Refrigerate the slaw for at least 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy!

  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
