Example 1:- Apple Cider Vinegar Slaw
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 cups shredded cabbage
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, olive oil, honey, Dijon Mustard, salt, black pepper and garlic powder.
- Add the shredded cabbage, red onion, red bell pepper and parsley to the bowl and toss to combine.
- Refrigerate the slaw for at least 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Example 2:-
Apple Cider Vinegar Salad Dressing
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, olive oil, honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper./li>
- Taste and adjust seasoning as desired.
- Pour over your favourite salad and enjoy!
